Our Philosophy:

     We would like to welcome you to Maspeth High School Health and Physical Education. In these classes, we strive to provide students with the opportunity to engage in fun, meaningful, safe, and physically active experiences while focusing on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We are enthusiastic and believe that all students are capable of making strides in their personal health and fitness. We strive to provide students with the skills, knowledge, and motivation necessary in order to be successful participants in recreational centers throughout their communities as well as make healthy choices regarding their lifestyles.
