When asked how he felt about the teams chances of winning medals at the boroughs coach Mustac stated “I feel real good. The boys are peaking at the right time. They’re gaining a lot of steam and momentum. Their is no doubt in my mind that we can come back to Maspeth from the boroughs with a medal or two. The boys are excited. Every time they step on the track I remind them who they are and why they run. Take pride in yourselves, take pride in your school, take pride in your community!”

Next up for the boys is the Queens Borough championships at St. John’s Prep on Wednesday, May 16th.
