10th Grade ELA

Students will search for answers to life’s big questions: who am I? What is my purpose here? How do my experiences in life shape me and my outlook? Reflection on themes, characters, and events in the books aims to show how we are connected to others across space and time in order to make meaning of our everyday lives. In this course students will Master argumentative writing skills, develop speaking and listening abilities in Socratic Seminars, and analyze fiction through mastering the ability to create a textual analysis.
